1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on ph367, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any gaming activity offered on the ph367 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. 3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

4.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ph367 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which such liability is based (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and whether or not ph367 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph367 provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ph367 shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and ph367. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

Arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired thereby. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the original provision.
